I love to work in moleskine journals. Technically, this art is ON one. Castles in the Sky is the cover of an altered moleskine journal for a sick friend. It measures 5x8 inches. This painting is a multi-media creation with several layers. The journals come in many sizes and formats. Having a painted cover is very special. I also can paint backgrounds within the journal, making those creamy pages more colorful but still ready for your thoughts and lists.
